What countries are suppliers and distributors located in?

Duncan’s Gifts & Gadgets procures it products from suppliers and distributors from China, the United States, Canada, and the U.K. 

What countries does Duncan’s Gifts & Gadgets ship to?

Currently, Duncan’s Gifts & Gadgets is only shipping to the United States. We intend to expand our shipping to other countries in the near future.

How are my packages shipped?

Because some of our suppliers are shipping internationally, we may use a variety of shipping options to ensure you get your items by the fastest possible means. 

Will I get a tracking number for my purchases?

Yes. We only work with suppliers and distributors that provide tracking information for their products.

I ordered more than one product, will they all arrive in the same box?

Because your orders will likely be coming from multiple locations, you should expect your items to arrive separately.

 Can you guarantee that the item is in stock?

To help ensure the best possible service, Duncan’s Gifts & Gadgets checks the inventory levels of the products we provide through our suppliers and distributors on a regular and scheduled basis. However, we cannot guarantee the item(s) you are ordering are in stock with the supplier or distributor at the time of your order.

The item I ordered is no longer in stock, what now?

If an item you ordered is no longer in stock with the supplier or distributor, we will provide you with a full refund for that particular item.

Do I have to have an email address to checkout?

No, you may check out with just your phone number. However, if you do not have a vaild email address for us to send order and tracking information to, you will receive notifications via SMS to the phone number you provide at checkout.
